Housekeeping department:
Runner:

Every morning I am responsible to take each floor linen chute key and open it one by one from the 21st floor all the way down to 5th floor.

Check the house status of check in and check out every day and print out the housekeeping detail report to see how many rooms have already check out.

Refer to the housekeeping detail report and collect the dirty bed linens, bath mats, and bath towels from each room that is in the report, roughly there is around 120-150 of rooms check out everyday.

Throw the dirty bed linens, bath mats, bath towels in the linen chute.
Housekeeper’s helper:

Attend morning briefing in the Housekeeping department office every day.

Help the housekeeper to take the amenities they needed to pack their trolley (bath gels, shampoos, tissue rolls, body lotions, etc.).

Before entering the guest’s room, make sure to knock 3 times and recite “housekeeping”.

Look for the dirty glasses and clean it with the chemical before proceed on cleaning the toilet.

Clean the entire bathroom with the chemical and brush to make it shiny and clean.

Fill up the amenities in the toilet (shampoo, bath gel, conditioner, dental kit, shaving kit, bar soap, and tissue roll)

Put on 2 hand towel, 2 bath towel, and 1 bath mat on the rack.

Help the housekeeper to put on the bathrobes inside the wardrobe, fill on the mineral water and minibar amenities.

Wipe the table, TV cabinet, and the minibar with a cloth.

Vacuum the carpet and spray on the room freshener.

Responsible to keep the hallway clean all the time.

Occupied room before cleaning.
Room cleaned and decorated, ready for the honeymooners.
Minibar
